Suhey Peppers are sliced peppers with varying degrees of heat that we steep in olive oil with garlic and spices based on a legendary recipe perfected by our grandma, Ginger Suhey.
12 x 15.5oz jars = 1 standard case. A half-case of 6 jars is also available.
The Hot version of Suhey Peppers is generally the same as or less spicy than most "hot" salsas. The delicious olive oil that's left in the jar when the peppers are finished can be used in cooking, drizzled on salads or roast veggies, or used as a dipping sauce.
